Welcome to My German Tutor. By accessing our website or using our tutoring services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

My German Tutor offers online and in-person German language tutoring. Services include one-on-one lessons, group lessons, and exam preparation support. Details of each service, including duration and pricing, will be confirmed prior to booking.

2. Lesson Scheduling & Cancellations

All lessons must be scheduled in advance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full rate.

If My German Tutor must cancel a lesson, you will be offered a rescheduled time at no additional cost.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payment is required as agreed upon at the time of booking (per lesson or as part of a package).

Accepted payment methods will be communicated before lessons begin.

Refunds are not generally provided for completed lessons. Prepaid packages may be eligible for partial refunds on unused lessons at the tutor’s discretion.

4. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to arrive on time (online or in-person) and be prepared for lessons.

For minors, a parent or guardian must provide consent for tutoring sessions.

Students agree not to record lessons without prior permission.

5. Technology Requirements (Online Lessons)

Students are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, functioning audio/video equipment, and necessary software (e.g., Zoom, Skype).

Technical issues on the student’s side may not qualify for rescheduling without notice.

6. Code of Conduct

My German Tutor is committed to providing a professional and respectful learning environment. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, worksheets, and resources provided by My German Tutor are for personal educational use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

My German Tutor provides tutoring services to the best of our ability but does not guarantee specific results (such as exam scores or certifications). We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

My German Tutor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
